is a community experience merging shadow play (our term for shadow work) and creative flow with the Divine tools of astrology and somatics.

A 4-session container that will weave somatic awareness and nervous system regulation with astrological attunement and a values-centered, story-oriented structure for your creative flow to do what it does - flow limitlessly
all with the ultimate goal of developing discernment (for clarity) and devotion (for receptivity) to feel empowered to embody your most resonant and aligned heart’s desires.

The astrology is speaking loudly - we are in rich energetic terrain to stop deprioritizing those Soul longings, and instead fully feel them, consciously relate to them, and wisely move towards their materialization in our lives. These next three months carry a massive invitation for:

I am a creativity coach, currently living in the Midwest United States with my little family. Leveraging 10+ years as a business coach - and more recently, experience as a mother - I have expanded my offerings to include skills and tools for cultivating JOY, healing community, and prioritizing LIFE.
I write essays and poetry (debut collection to be published in 2026!) exploring the topics of healing spiritual wounds, strengthening community during these times, and healing through voice and song. Currently, I am pursuing a Masters Degree in Family Therapy and simultaneously deepening my spiritual practice to support and complement all of my professional and creative work.

I use the ancient practice of astrology to support people in reconnecting to their unique Soul expression. I believe that when we choose to fully embody our humanity – our physical body, our emotional experience, our mental capacity, and our spiritual selves – we experience true empowerment and competency. Astrology is a pathway to rediscovering these inherently integrated aspects of your Soul Self that remain alive underneath societal conditioning and ancestral imprinting. From my experience, our greatest service is to fully embody our integrated selves in order to allow the wisdom of Divinity to express through us.
Through my own healing journey, community-building, and service to my clients, I have awakened to the sacred intelligence of the soma and become fascinated by our nervous systems. Knowing the state of my nervous system and how to regulate it has been a radical and essential aspect to spiritual awakening and grounding into my embodiment. In my experience, we need deep and nourished roots in order to expand into our Soul selves!

Each call is 1.5 hours. Another optional 30 minutes - 1 hour could be spent each week on the Homeplay (“homework”) offerings. And even more depending on how passionate you are about stoking the fire within!

An essential foundation to Playing With Fire is co-creating in community! We’re looking forward to creating a sacred, joyous space of real-time connection…something we feel many of us are needing at this time. In honor of the creative life-force energy that can be engaged with when we’re deeply present with ourselves and others, we will not record the sessions.

Listening to and consciously embodying our creative life-force energy is a lifelong practice that can be greatly supported by coaching. Often, when we begin to tap into the greatest visions we have for ourselves and our lives, there can be a backlash from our subconscious or a part of ourselves that is afraid of change.
