What is your relationship to anger?
When is the last time you allowed yourself to express uninhibited anger? Do you let the power of your anger spew and burn innocent people because you don’t know how to responsibly channel your anger?

Anger is pure fire that purifies everything that has become stagnant, distorted, imbalanced
I feel there is an angry part in every one of us
Angry that we’ve been told who and how to be
Angry that we’ve been compressed into molds and cages
Angry that we’ve been oppressed into domesticity
…our wild, primal selves demonized, diminished, and relegated to the subconscious
Our sexuality, our rage, our primal instincts and ways of knowing, our innate connection to land and animal kin…labeled savage, and shunned to the dungeons of the subconscious
Shame and exile created….
shame that then creates distortions…
Distorted sexual desires and fetishes
Distorted instincts that have been mired in fear narratives, making one jump and protect and hide at the slightest felt sense of life force energy
Distorted expressions of rage, ever suppressed or hazardly misfiring
And then these fabricated distortions of sexuality, instincts, and anger are sickly twisted into confirmation of the original life - that our sexuality, our rage, and our primal instincts are savage
They are our fire, our embodiment and expression of the life force energy that animates each and every one of us and the whole universe
When we don’t claim our fire - take responsibility for the power of fire we carry within us because we believe the narrative that that fire is savage and should be shunned, we burn our lives in lifeless ashes void of feeling or life force energy, or we burn the ones we love - misfiring that inner fire that we have not learned to channel.
We all needed elders who taught us, through their own embodiment, how to respectfully contain and channel our fire - our rage, sexuality, and primal instinctive nature.
Our elders, our ancestors, haven’t embodied this for generations.
Ironically, because many of them were burned…those “witches,” those medicine women, those wise ancient ancestors who embodied the element of fire and worked consciously with it…were burned, broken down, manipulated, traumatized, and all but made extinct.
If we want our world to be upright again, we have to straighten our spines and take responsibility for what so many before us could not and have not taken responsibility for.
We have to reclaim our inner fire - our rage, our sexuality, and our primal instinctive ways of knowing.
What has been called savage is actually sabiduría… wisdom.
Our inner fire, our inner wisdom, is asking to be brought into right relationship with our consciousness and embodiment again.
We have to go into those places we’ve avoided feeling
The part of us who’s angry we’re forced to pay taxes to fund wars that enslave us all
The part of us who’s angry that there are millions of humans forced into sex trafficking
The part of us who’s angry that our ancestral wisdom and ways of knowing have been oppressed and nearly erased
The part of us who’s angry at all the ways we’ve been
Castrated
Gaslit
Caged
The fire is asking all of us to get back into right relationship with our inner fire and the wisdom its blazing back into our consciousness
Will we take responsibility and listen?
Will we take responsibility and reclaim?
Will we take responsibility and embody the life force energy of our inner fire to make the world right again?
